If you are Pinterest obsessed like me, you know Pinterest is the go-to for EVERYTHING!
I have spent hours of my life poring over the internet to find the next miracle workout to lose the backfat, the love handles and cellulite, and always ended up on the same site after a Google Search, on where? Pinterest.
Currently on my fitness journey, I wanted to share some of the most effective infographics I have found to date.

I started doing yoga at home as a way to de-stress, needless to say the benefits came in the form of amazing posture!
Now with this one, I cannot guarantee that you will lose 10lbs in two weeks, but I can definitely vouch for the fact that combined with a healthy diet and sufficient rest you can lose up to 5 lbs!
This is another one I have tried and tested! Your legs will feel the burn and they may ache after a few workouts, but they will look KILLER in shorts!
And Finally, the workout that eliminates love handles like crazy. I first heard about this from a trainer when I began my first fitness attempt way back when ( It’s been a looong time!) and it WORKS! I call them the simple TWIST!
No equipment needed, unless you feel like using your broomstick!
The greatest part of this exercise is it gives you a teeny waist, giving that ideal hourglass figure!

Remember, nothing happens overnight and a healthy diet is a key component to healthy, permanent weight loss, especially a lean midsection!
